Developmental Therapist/Therapeutic Preschool Teacher
We are seeking a full-time Developmental Therapist/Therapeutic Preschool Teacher to teach at our therapeutic preschool-like program and provide individual developmental therapy services. The Developmental Therapist/Therapeutic Preschool Teacher will join a team of occupational, speech and developmental therapists who collaborate to provide an intensive therapeutic program for children with developmental delays.
This position involves leading a small group of 12 children, managing therapeutic assistants, collaborating with our therapeutic team of specialists, developing team plan of cares and administering evaluations.
Experience working with young children with autism, sensory processing disorders and other developmental delays is required. Experience with multi-sensory based curriculum, such as Zoophonics, Handwriting without Tears, Sensory Integration, ABA and DIR/Floortime is preferred.
Developmental therapists with past teaching and case management experience highly preferred. The ideal candidate is one who is passionate about working with young children and driven to develop professionally. Developmental Therapist Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Social Work required
- ISBE- Learning Behavior Specialists I (LBS I) certification OR
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Masters in Developmental Therapy
- Developmental Therapist Illinois Early Intervention Credential required

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide individual therapy services, case management and social worker supervision. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will join a team of occupational, speech, behavior, and developmental therapists who collaborate to provide an intensive therapeutic preschool and kindergarten-like program for children with developmental delays.
This position involves collaborating with our therapeutic team of specialists, developing team plan of cares, administering evaluations and organizing family care events. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will also be responsible for providing supervision for those who hold a Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Licensed Social Work (LSW).
