What did you study?Master of Science in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University
Bachelor of Arts in Geography and a minor in Urban Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles
Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.My inspiration to become a speech-language pathologist was a culmination of many interests and experiences ranging from volunteering at an outpatient pediatric clinic, interest in American Sign Language, my experience as an assistant to learning specialist at UCLA, and my experience learning another language as an adult through complete immersion.
What do you specialize in? My interests include receptive and expressive language disorders, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and early language development.

Favorite therapeutic swing?The rainbow swing is so much fun!
What do you do consider your greatest accomplishment? Completing my 2-year Peace Corps service as a community health volunteer in the Amazon rainforest while working on a clean drinking water project with host country nationals in Suriname, South America.

Where would you go on your dream vacation?Anywhere there is a beautiful beach to relax on, a mountain to climb, or an ancient city to explore! I would like to visit Banff next!

What skill are you most proud of? My earnest desire to learn.
