What did you study?Nutrition and Dietetics at Dominican University. Also, Health Promotion and Journalism for two years at the University of Iowa.
Name the moment that inspired you to take your career path.In high school, I was discussing food and its’ impact on our lives with my favorite English teacher. He gave me a book from his wife’s shelf called “When You Eat at the Refrigerator, Pull Up a Chair.” His wife is a Registered Dietitian who became my mentor in pursuing a career as an RD. We still talk today and that’s my favorite book.
What do you specialize in? Community and pediatric nutrition.

Favorite therapeutic swing?Rainbow.
What you do consider your greatest accomplishment? Writing and directing a digital story about dietitians in Chicago and their experience working in low income neighborhoods. I presented it at the 6th annual Critical Dietetics Conference in Granada Spain September, 2016.
Books or Movies?Movies
Where would you go on your dream vacation?Doctor Who and Harry Potter walking tour in London UK, expenses paid for.
What is your favorite children’s song? Tongo – Kindermusik.
What skill are you most proud of? Reciting full movies start to finish.
Winter or Summer?Winter (but it could be the comfy sweater I’m wearing talking).
